Called - left no mesage

Called and left a message saying only "Good Bye".
should be a local call and resolved by local caller ID, but caller ID says "Out of area". Either that's how someone programmed their PBX, or the number is spoofed. Many places say this is a landline from a CLEC called Bandwidth-dot-Com. If that's the case, they either don't have CallerID feeds to SWB/ATT or they allow users to program their own and this one has programmed "Out of area" to hide who they are.

Called asked for the home owner ask if they wanted to leave a message, they said they would call back later

No message left on phone machine.   No msg? Block 'em!

I did not answer call.
