I've been getting calls from this number for long enough that I added it to my block list. Just now I saw that I had 8 missed calls, all back to back from this number. P*ssing me right off.
I was called and the man on the phone said he would like to help me find the right career for me and help me further my education. When asked who he was affiliated with, he repeated the same statement. I then asked if who he was working for was associated with Austin Community College. Again, he repeated his statement and sounded very nervous. Finally, I asked where I would have signed up for this service, and was told he would pass my call to an associate after I answered a few quick questions. He wanted to know when I graduated from High School. I interrupted him to tell him I would like to know how he had my number, and he said he just needs to know when I graduated from High school. I then told him to take me off of his calling list.
Got a call from a guy who identified himself as Scott and I told him I didn't sign up for any "furthering education" programs that I only signed up for a job. He continued to give me his "line" and I interrupted and told him I didn't want anyone calling me about college programs I just want a job. He continued his "line" and I interrupted again and told him I just lost my mom last month and I just need a job. He told me he has been getting that a lot lately and went right back into his "line". I told him I understand you have a quota of calls you have to make but I'm not interested, he just kept talking. I told him I was hanging up and did. I called the number back and got the same person on the phone. I told him I wanted to speak to his boss. He continued with his "line". I told him again I wanted to talk to his boss. He put me into the automated phone system.

I've received multiple calls from this same number and never answer them because I don't recognize the number. That's the best way to get rid of unwanted callers. He'll eventually stop.
