I get calls from this number all the time but nobody is ever on the other line. If I skip the call, the message on my voice mail is 3 minutes, the maximum allowed by my provider, and it's blank as well.
Call came from overseas telling me that I had been selected to receive a $500 grant that I did not need to repay. All I needed to do was give him my checking account number or any credit card number. I told him that I was very poor and could use the $500 but I had no checking account or credit card. I asked if he could send me a prepaid credit/debit card with the $500 already on it. He couldn't get me off the phone fast enough.
