Called my brother in law stating that they were from the State of Texas Office of Investigations Fraud. Gave a claim number and told him that if I didn't call them back today a warrant would be issued for my arrest. Complete scam, I do not owe any debt, nor does my wife. Called them back and they refused to send me any correspondence in the mail but threatened me that I would be arrested despite not giving me any details on the "claim". I called the local police station and they had received complaints and confirmed there was nothing in my county for me. I am filing a claim, this is illegal.
