Robocall that left voicemail saying I was approved for a payday loan that I (never) applied for

same as Scam Hater...

Unsolicited payday loan from my cash day dot com.

I received a call from 512-601-6041 at 12:41 PM.  "Hi you applied for loan and were turned down, but we have reviewed and....at that point I hung up.  As I have never applied for a loan.  How can these people be stopped?  I am sick of getting these phony calls.
