When I picked up the phone, I didn't say anything. After about 20 seconds an apparently middle aged man came on asking for me by name and acting like we were long lost buddies. He said he was representing some kind of management company. When I demanded more specifics, I got no further reply, then heard a few clicks, so I hung up.
