This is a call from Triple Crown, and they are a recruiting agency trying to solicit candidates for open positions within our company. They are very difficult to work with so we have opted out of signing any contracts with them. We receive several calls a day from numerous people/numbers all linked with this company. Our company has been completely disgusted by the way they do business and we do not recommend using them.

They have constantly tried to get directly transferred to hiring managers, and after explaining to them several times that we have a recruiting department that they need to work through, they have continued to call for the hiring managers. Then they become extremely rude to not only the receptionists, but to the recruiting team. They have no concept of working through our recruiting team because even if they get through to the hiring managers, everything is handled by the recruiters anyways, so they become frustrated with us.

They are completely unprofessional!!!
