I answered the phone because the number was from my city's area code (Austin, TX). It was a man saying convincingly, "This is (can't remember name) from Customer Service. Can you hear me?" I said, "Yes." Then he told me I won a vacation to Disneyland (yada yada yada) and I interrupted and said, "No, thanks. I'm not interested." But the man kept talking which then dawned on me that this was a recording!
I hung up and added the number to my blocked calls list.
