I got a call yesterday from this number and Jimmy Kimmel talked about the same exact thing last night!! The caller says "Sorry, I was adjusting my headset" then goes on to talk about winning a resort stay. But supposedly they try to get you to say "Yes" and record your voice doing so.
caller claimed to be "Emily" after a brief pause she said, "sorry I'm having trouble with my husband." Then adding, "you recently stayed at our resort.." At that point I asked who she represented and where was this resort. She kept talking. I hung up.
