This was a recording of a man speaking/shouting loudly about what...I don't know...I hung up.

This rambling fool calls at least twice a week. Actually, it's a recording about making me RICH!!! His name is Jerry Driscoll. My number is supposed to be blocked, but he gets through anyway. I'm really tired of this B.S. I want to pinch his f*****g head off.

Had this number call me 5 times. Declined it each time. Looked it up and it's apparently a phone company in Texas. I'm in Canada.

Not sure but it sounds like a scam to me I have had calls from this number 3 times a year for the last 3 to 5 years lots of marketers maybe not sure
