Caller said he was with RCC, but the caller ID said "Artisan Floors". I asked him what RCC stood for and he said Regents Capital Corp - he claimed he was a supply company calling regarding our account [BIG FAT LIE] and asked for P****** by name. I said "That's odd because the Caller ID says you're with Artisan Floors"... he said 'Hmmm - I'll have our IT department look into that." [A$$hat - you mean your phone company?? - internal IT departments have jack-$hit to do with how/what your phone # displays on CID as] Anyways - I said that she wasn't available [since I figured it was telemarketing] and put him straight to VM. Then P****** cc's me on a response email to Ryley stating she is not in accounting, but would forward his email to the proper department. His email stated.... "Hi P*******, I tried to reach you at the office but I missed you. Regents Capital is a commercial lender focusing on the equipment leasing and financing needs of the middle market as well as offering working capital cash advances. If you've got to alter the way your company name is displayed on caller ID - YOU'RE FISHY and will NOT get a sensible business's business - come on guys!
