I received a robo call from this phone number, that said this was the last time they would call me about lowering the interest rate on my credit card. They didn't bother saying their name or the company, they are with.  And Since I don't have a credit card, I would say this is a hoax.

To make matters worse, it looks like someone is going the identy theft route, and using Betsy's phone number (a legitamte person) without her even realizing it.  :-(
