Heavy Hispanic accent lady selling solar installs referencing Texas State solar initiative. Had to ask me personal identity information to see if I qualified starting with are you the home owner? That's where I said I am not interested in Solar now and hung up. Same number called days before and no one spoke after I answered. Since they don't give specific product details, just say its 75% savings, I suspect its an identity scam from someplace like Dominican Republic spoofing phone numbers in the area code they are calling to. Why doesn't the Federal Communications Commission stop these scammers?

Suspicious CID. Male caller said, "Hello, hello, hello," for about three minutes, trying to entice me to pick up. Today he called a second time. Number now blocked.
Came on caller ID as "Elmer Christian." I said hello and then there were telltale clicks and pauses before a woman's voice was on the line. The writing was on the wall. I immediately hung up.
