The call I received was from Microsoft Xbox Live support. I reported an issue that required further research and they called me back when they had an answer. Helpful, courteous and best of all sounded as if he really was from Texas.
I'm not sure what planet you're on, but it can't be this one.
Microsoft called you, friendly, courteous, helpful for your Xbox???
Are we talking about the same arrogant, indignant Microsoft here?
If they were so very courteous, they would've left a message--if it were that important.
Why heck, we don't even have an Xbox, never want one, will never get one, so explain to me, why in the world a software house that has a condescending attitude towards its customer base suddenly became so very caring?
Hey it's a call routing center.
if you call XBOX they route their calls thru this facility. Gamer is right. "al" is an idiot!
other companies most likely use the same service -- the xbox guy seemed nice
and whats with the obama speech? he might be a 37 year old gamer living at his parents, but im sure not many people call him a "douche" for his reply...
