Received a call no vm

I get a call twice a day from this number.  No VM. If you call back it goes straight to VM and says the mailbox is full.

Calls me every day.  No voicemail.  Spam

I keep getting calls from this number.  No one speaks.  Goes to voicemail when I call back.

I missed the phone call.  I called back but the voice mail said the box is full
