They called me telling me they could lower my interest rate on my credit card. When I asked what card they were referencing, they guy said they represent BOA, Chase, WF, and other companies. I said I was not interested and would contact the bank myself. A different guy gets on the phone immediately and says you can't get this deal directly from the bank. I again stated I was not interested and to please take me off their call list, at this point he tells me that he will not take me off the list and they will continue to call me and hung up. Total scam!
