Yet another IRS scam/demand for $.
Transcription from voicemail:
“Crimes investigation unit  and the IRS _⁠_⁠_ reason you are receiving this pre-recorded message is to notify you that IRS has issued an arrest warrant against you right now you and your physical property are being monitored and it's very important that I do hear back from you as soon as possible before we proceed further in any legal action.."

Phishing attempt, but I asked for an "valid IRS ID and case number" to look up, not one you make up

I got the phishing call from the number this morning.  The call came in while my family was still asleep (before it was legal to call).  I never respond to these calls and always report them. I wish the DO NOT CALL list worked better for these types of things.

"Hi this is the tax crime investigation unit of IRS. The reason you are receiving this prerecorded message is to notify you that IRS has issued an arrest warrant against you right now you and your physical property those are being monitored and it's very important that I do hear back from you as soon as possible before we proceed further in any legal manner.
