I got the same call saying there is an IRS court case pending against me and for me to call their number back. I don't owe any money to the IRS. But when I asked them to go on a payment plan they need all of the money paid up front right away. Also they did not speak English and missed pronounce my name it is Denise (how easy is that) BEWARE SCAM!!
