They just keeping calling and hanging up

Called my cell phone and used a computer recording that pretended to be a person asking if I can hear them okay.  As soon as I said something it went on with a pitch about winning something.  I'm on the do-not-call list.

Called and didn't leave a message. Another scam. Blocked for now but they'll be calling back on a different number . . . they always do.

Called my cell phone and used a computer recording that pretended to be a person asking if I can hear them okay.  As soon as I said yes it went on with a pitch about winning a Disney vacation and I hung up so I'm not sure what the catch was.  I tried to tell the recording to take me off the list but it just continued talking.  I'm on the do-not-call list.

If a call does not show a name ( Unknown or Name not available), Do Not Answer. That is the best way to stop these leaches.
