Did not identify self, nor leave purpose of the call other than indicated in message. We feel it is a very unsafe and fraudulent call. we will not respond nor call them back. Called twice this afternoon. No message, but hangs up after outgoing message is finished, so it records a blank message.
I'm also located in Austin, so this must be some sort of local thing.
