Who called from 5128956231

Did not leave message.  CID "Freescale Austin" doesn't make sense.  Freescale (legitimate company) was acquired in 2015 by NXP SemiConductors.  Call back to the number gets dumped to a voice messaging system "to which the person at this number does not subscribe.
Beware.

says freescale on caller id, but is some sort of robocall or scammer

Doesn't leave a message, doesn't answer when called back, no voicemail; landline so no ability to text. Annoying beyond belief
