Just called back a couple of times.  Having fun.  They sound like a call center in India.  Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I had fun calling them names and telling them what I would do to them if I could.  She said are you insane...I said no, you are thinking people would fall for this $#!tt.  I may call them again and play along!!
