Who called from 5132082346

They keep calling my phone two and three times a day but when i answer they never say anything then they hang up and when calling number back it beeps and hang up

same thing. No answer. Possible scam.

I picked up and said "hello" a few times, but after 17 seconds of silence they hung up.

Same as above, they call my phone I answer they hang up. I called back the guy answered and when I asked why he was calling he hung up.
