Who called from 5132237726

I received a phone call from this number on February 20th and 21st... This person James Hamilton stated that i was under investigation of fraud, from 10/2005... he had my ssn, an old address, new where I worked and an old email address... he basically told me that if I didn't give him 1200.00 that there would be and APB put out on me and that he will see me in court... and hung up the phone... these people are crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....

Agreed they are very smart they almost got me for 1400.00

MY fiance"s got a call from them this moring and had her up set this guy name James Hamilton said she  was under investigation for fraud from 2005 he had her ss# and old address ,new where she work ect ect,told her at frist $7000.00 then $1500.00 then said $1000.00 by 5 pm today your he would put a apb out on her.This guy is a piece of work and hope know one has got scam by him and his scum ways.ONLY FRAUD IS JAMES HAMILTON !!!!!!! FRAUD ALERT

If you have received a telephone call from T-Mobile USA cellular telephone number 513-223-2655, or 513-223-7726, it is a scam.

As of 02-23-2012, I have received five telephone complaints regarding this telephone number.  Each complainant has stated that the male caller identified himself as an investigator who represents Ohio Intel.  The caller then advised the victim that they were under investigation for fraud, and that a warrant would be issued for their arrest if they did not make an immediate payment on a debt they owed.  The caller then attempted to obtain credit card information from the victim.  The caller has used the names James Hamilton and William Blair.    

I filed Incident Report # 12-1254 with the Stark County Sheriff’s Office (Ohio) and a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office regarding this scam.  

One victim of this caller advised me that they filed an incident report with the Warwick Township P.D. in Bucks County, Pennsylvania on 02-17-2012.

Another victim stated that she would be filing a complaint with the Oakland, California P.D. on 02-23-12.

The three other complainants are from Ohio, Michigan and Tennessee.  

If you believe that you have been a victim of fraud in connection with telephone number, 513-223-2655, or 513-223-7726 please contact your local law enforcement agency and the attorney general’s office in your state of residency and file a report.

I just receivef a call from Mr. James Hamiliton stating I owe 450.00 to an Apollo Group, he provided an old address and old work info.  He stated that he has court at 1 p.m. eastern time and th at he would foward the affidavit....i figured this was a scam, oh he stated tha t he works for PIS, Private Investigator Service.  I will be reporting him as well.
