Called three times in a row and I finally answered. "Tiberious" wanted to assure me that he had good news for me, but first he needed to get information to ensure he had the right person. I laughed and hung up. He hasn't called back.....yet. This number is a SCAM number, so please don't waste your time.
This is a debt collector for the Dept. of Education. The "good news" they gave me was that I could rehabilitate my student loans. So I agreed to a monthly payment plan for 10 months to get rehab. They said I had 20 days before or after a payment's due date to get the payment there. "We" set the date as the 20th. I got called today and they say it was due on the first.
Stupid woman hung up on me when I didn't respond in half a second. I called back. She changed the dates again back to the 20th of each month. And she wouldn't listen to anything I said. Finally just paid them so they would leave me the alone
