same thing here. iCalled once from this number and then called again with a New Jersey number 201-204-9804. Caller says his name is Matthew Reeve? Reed?. I hung up the first time because I said I wasn't interested in telemarketing. He called again 5 hours later from the New Jersey number and said he is not a telemarketer, but that he has important information for me. Then he asked me to verify my date of birth (which was wrong) and provide other personal information. This is an identity theft scam. DO NOT ANSWER OR DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION TO THIS THIEF.
person asked for a distant acquaintance of mine in another state. Asked me what their address wasI asked for his information he said his name was Matthew Reeves and gave me also an 800 number of 855 654-7300 extension 3057 he said he's with a company called AZT I refused to give out any information I didn't even give him my name I asked for his information and I will pass it along to my friend. I will report this to do not call.gov also.
I asked him where he got my phone number since my number its my cell and its unlisted and it's not anywhere online and he refused to tell me where he got my phone number.
"Matthew Reeves" asked my office secretary about me. He asked why I didn't return his calls. He said he "sent me a bunch of documents" And that he "doesn't do emails"... All sounded suspicious so I looked here and found that it is. I never returned the call.
