While some of these calls are to people who legitimately have uncollected debts that have been turned over to a collection agency, a far greater percentage of those calls are from dishonest persons attempting to pull a scam on the unwary. I suspect you fall into the latter category, madam. Good day.
This is a scam. I found the very same person, Tracy White has called others saying she is from UCM & Associates attorney at law. She had called them from a different number but it was the same type of call.
This Tracy person has called my cell my home and my daughter's cell every day for a week even though I have given her information that proves we filed and has been discharged from a chapter 7 5 years ago. How can I make her stop??
Well i got call from her it was in regards to a debt i owed we spoke at length and she help me get it cleared up for a lot less sometimes we just do not want to pay our debts and try to discredit the collector , instead of owning up to ur responsibilities . I have my paid letter and i am done with that bill.
Fact 1) Debt collectors have a proven history of harassing innocent people by calling outdated numbers.
Fact 2) Debt collectors have a proven history refusing to accept they have reached the wrong number.
Fact 3) I know these are facts because it happened to me.
