Called on 02/13/17 at 8:42 AM left a message saying Mrs. Smith owed money. Caller ID said: private.

Received call today, second one. Mrs Smith evidently swindled someone at Navient using our phone numbers. Applied to block list

You may have a slew of numbers you'll need to block of theirs and be prepared for several calls a day. If anything appears in the mail, write return to sender on it and put it back on the mailbox. IF you so much as even know a borrower, you'll be subject to receive calls from these idiots. They're perhaps the worst outfit a person can deal with.

Send them a certified, return receipt "not me" letter.  Report them to the following two government agencies:
