When I call back, it either hangs up on me after 2 rings or gives me a message that says all representatives are currently busy and something about paying my account online. I have no idea who these people are.

when i called back it says you can either wait for represative cuz their busy or pay online at http://www.cmrefsi.com/ which if i see the website right its something to do with todays healthcare providers.
