I received a call from 513-257-0238 with no message. The number is listed as "private" on caller ID, and I got nothing upon returning a call to that number.
This is MRS Associates. When they called, they leave no message.
When I returned the call, the initial outgoing message stated that it was 'Viable Video Relay Service'. My initial search of this number(although no longer showing) on google showed it belonged to a 'Sarah' and linked it to a pretty picture of 'Sarah' and her Facebook page.

called to collect a debt that is well over 10 years old for Shell credit card. I had called Shell who showed my account as a balance of zero and inactive. They suggested I speak with their fraud department regarding this false collection.
