Keeps calling asking for a family members social security number, when i called the number back he said he has never talked on the phone in his career and wont give who he is, and wanted to know how i got his number.
Called and left a recorded message that I have an overdrawn account with their office and it is up to me how this will be handled. No identifying information was given.The caller ID said private number, which is why I let it go to voicemail. Sounds like a scam.
I have received numerous calls from this number all of which I have let go to my voicemail as I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize. They have been calling the last week 2-3 times a day and its really ticking me off. The messages always say -This is legal services and your file is being sent to county for further review which can result in legal action including wage garnishment, property lein, bank account attachment. The numbers it says to return the call to are 866-260-3179, 855-837-9985
