these people called my sister in calfornia looking for my sister they claimed they were looking for my sister about a fraud issue and wont her to contract them as soon as possible regard this matter that i had a case from 2009 from a check-n-go and i got 3 felonies charges and the young lady name is candace she never say the company name and say i owed them $1825.25 and that court fee.and attorney fee and say if i don't pay i will be issue a warrant and i told her i will settle this case and she put me on hold and say the district attonery office say they will settle this case for $650.00 dollars and told me to go to a walmart to make this payment and she gave me (wcci) and the city code is 7645 and my stupid [***] pay them a $100.00 dollars and i told her i will pay her the rest of the money on friday because i was investigates them and come find out there are fake as hell and the name they are use is weinberg cockran and irwin or they mind use the cockran coulson firm and chief litigator allen k weinberg and his partners is chief mediator anthony moore so be care with these people they or fake and my attorney file charge againts these people and if you want more information go to www.lookupbook.com weinberg etal claim and they are medical alarm and the other web is www.creditlaw.com (fdcpa) wcci please don't pay any money to these criminal because they are going to jail and please look out for this number 513-258-0898 or they may call you off a different number. and this a scam fake [***] b..th

WOW..Are You Kidding Me?? The Same EXACT Person Called My Boyfriends Parents House Looking For Him & I Called Her Back She Told Us The Same Exact Story..And Said If we Did Not Pay $625.00 by 5:00 pm TODAY that Either Tonight or Early Tomorrow Morning They Would Come Arrest & Convict Him .We Just Recieved The Call Today Fridays 01/27/2012.Are u Positive Its a Scam ?Please E-mail Me @ [email protected]

Candice Williams called my husband yesterday 2/15/12 from (513)258-0898 and said he had written a bad check years ago and he needed to send her 1000.00 by 3pm (3 hours from the time she called)or else he would face felony charges. He told her he never received any sort of returned check or anythig stating he owed the debt. He explained his wife just had a baby 3 months ago, could she send him the details so he could work something out if this is in fact legit. She would not give him any detail & had him in tears telling him he would be taken away from his wife and new born child within 24hrs to face felony charges if he did not send her money by 3pm. He asked how he was supposed to send her money, she said he needed to go to western union and call her back once he was there, she offered no further detail and was defensive when he questioned her. Feeling uneasy of the nature of this call my husbanded contacted our family attorney and when he called her back and she basically knew what she said and did was illegal she began to get rude and hung up. Do NOT send this lady or anyone claiming this any money.  By law you have to be served and given notice.

I received a call from these people last year. They had me so scared saying i owe 600 dollars and would be arrested  if i didnt pay. Sent them 100.00 dollars and then a hundred and fifty dollars for three months after. I havent heard from them anymore. but i did keep some of my receipts. Does anyone know if there is a way to get my money back?
