Felt like a scam. He asked for me by name he verified my address Informed me that this was a survey. Questioned if anyone from MetLife has gotten in contact with me and wanted information on benefits received if any at all. They ended the survey rather quick with in 2 mins when I was getting upset and didn't understand why they were asking the questions that I could not answer and he said your name is I said yes he said ok thank you survey complete
Woman was very rude and condescending and wouldn't talk to me; wanted to talk to the 'manager' of a three person shop business. I told her we're not interested in anything to do with credit cards and she wouldn't let up.
