Dynamic Recovery.. made a mistake calling me this afternoon.. Started their mini collection Miranda and I stopped her stating they never ID who they were talking to and disclose who they were and why they are calling (did not disclose client). She argued that she was still trying to ID who she was talking to, I never stated I was the person they were talking to I just asked what the call was in reference to.. FTC complaint to follow.
