They verify your name and vehicle information and tell you your warranty has expired and that this is your last chance to extend it and they have to have your mileage to put you through to a specialist who can tell you your options. if you asking questions like what your original coverage consisted of they will hang up on you! They keep changing their number and won't stop calling me!
