Woman who called said she was from Caldwell Banker, a local real estate company.  This is neither a company nor a person with which/whom I have had any dealing -- totally unsolicited.  I informed her that my number is on the Fed. DNC list and hung up.  Name and company info verified via online reverse lookup.
