Who called from 5132962064

Said they were with National  Opinion Research Co, then asked for a name, Matthew Darling. We do not know who he is, but have previously received collection calls asking for the same name.

could it be another scam?

513-296-2064 called at 8:35 pm. We did not answer. They did not leave a message. Surely a SCAM.

Called. No message. Telemarketing I am sure.

Called, no message left, called back from work number and heard a message saying " Thank you for calling SSI" They said they weren't selling anything and I they contacted my phone they wanted me to participate in a survey.
