Yes, this man, Brian Miller called me right now at 3 pm and said I owed him some money for a fraudulent check and when I asked him to send me a letter so my attorney can read over it, he hung up on me. He proceeded to call my mother and harass her as well, and she hung up on him.
THIS IS FRAUD. Be aware and ABSOLUTELY do not give any information of yours over the phone.
Yes, Brian Miller called me too, as well as a Glen Ross. They represent United Processing a collecton company and/or a law firm
trying to collect a debt. Unless you signed anything do not give them any info; They can not
arrest anyone unless they serve you papers, and if they serve you papers then you have so many
days to appear in court with a court appointed attorney. You can hang up, if you owe a debt, consider
filing bankrupt and make sure the company is on the list. they do not give you their mailing address, because if they
can't collect the debt from you, they sell the info to another collection company or another law firm.
