this man poses as an attorney and tells you there is a law suit against you , he tries to obtain a retainer to help you and if you don't cough up the money, he keeps calling your number back and sending you computer viruses via your telephone. He has placed a Rover bug  and is trying to get your credit card information. If your computer is through your phone service he sends "unknown" caller ID calls and leaves a numbered script on your phone and ends up on your digital contact list.
