This line calls my phone about 15 times a day.  No voicemail is ever left.  I can't believe that it is allowed to continue.  When I attempted to call the line back from another number, it does not even ring or have a greeting, it just immediately starts playing some type of Jazz music.  My guess is that this is a hacker or scam.
