caller leaves no message. only calls as unknown. Who is this?

A man called, I answered, he asked for me, I said "who is this" and he's screaming and then he hangs up on me.  This is a strange business model.

I just called them back and strongly informed them that they are not to call my # again.  I also informed them that I just about had a heart attack because I thought someone was calling from that area code to tell me something was wrong with my mom.  I am on the DO NOT call list for this number and do not appreciate companies that cannot accept the fact that they should not call me.
