Just called 3x in a row, only a couple minutes apart, letting the phone ring over a dozen times, each. Caller ID says, "Shandon, OH." I have no idea where (or who) that is, so I did not answer.

Just called 3x in a row letting phone ring non stop. Caller ID says Hamilton Ohio. Does not leave voicemail. Does not ring when you call back but does pick up phone and let it sit there. 8 have began having numerous calls exactly like this and when I first started getting them a guy called me 3x in a row and I finally answered. He said this was "joe from helping hands association and wanted information and then I would qualify for a cruise" I told him to stop calling and since then I have received multiple calls a day 3x in a row from all diff phone numbers that appear to be from this area, I block the numbers because he says the same thing when I do answer, then he starts calling from a new "local number". This is harassment!
