Someone called from this number - saying it was Direct Energy calling about our Duke Bill. I've told them over and over tha we are NOT interested! They continue to call daily! They call from various numbers. Today - I just let her sit on hold until she hung up!
This is an energy company. Has called our small organization repeatedly during the last week. Each time, they ask for people who do not have an office at this facility - but work out of their homes. When we try to take messages so the information can reach the appropriate person, they refuse to do so. The most recent caller from this number was rude. I explained the person they were asking for wasn't available and had no office here - but I could take a message for him. But the caller, in an unfriendly tone, insisted she "would keep calling until she got the person". This is total harrassment and this caller should either leave a message or stop calling. Two of our employees here have been harrassed like this the past week. Even if we were going to do business with an energy company, we now wouldn't wish to do business with such unprofessional people who harrass and push!
This person calls and when you answer there is a good 10 seconds of silence and then you get a "hello?" so I said, "yeah, hello?" because apparently they weren't on the line when I did my entire thank you for calling shpill. Asks for our president by name and I of course no this is a spam call so I say h eis not available can I take a message. The response is "No I will call back next week" click.
I swear who pays these people?!?!?! Guess what, he won't be available next week either.
Every time I receive a call from this number (513) 342-3963 there's a pause and then they hang up. How rude. I know everyone out there is trying to work for a living, whatever it is, to make money so I give the caller's a chance. However, when they start hanging up on me that's when I stop answering ANY calls from that number. Not interested!
