This number called me at around 2:00 pm on 9-23-14.When I answered the call, I got a recording saying that my Capitol one credit card was good, and if I kept paying on time, my interest rate would go down. Seeing as how I don't have a crecit card, I found it to be odd. At first when I called the #back it gave me a busy signal. I called 3 times, and on the 3rd try, a woman answered saying she was from Quest Diagnostics. I told her sorry, and went to hang up the phone, and she stopped me and said that I wasn't the first person to have this problem. She had been getting the same call backs for the past 2 days. Who's trying to scam me? I'd love to know.
