Wanted to know if I was the one who paid the bills, ID'd herself from Duke Energy. Wanted to ask me some questions to see if I qualified for a lower rate. When I said no, she said "well I tried..." And hung up. Caller ID said the call was from Fisher Design.
Just another troll pretending to be with Duke Energy. Our town doesn't even have Duke Energy as we own all of our utilities. Probably a spooked phone number.
