Keeps calling our house does not leave message, will not pick up when call returned

Wants to "speak to the person in charge of your Duke Energy electric bill"

Do these idiots actually make a living doing this?

IGS Energy, they have called us bugging the crap out of us several times a week in the past few months, sometimes more than once a day.  Last conversation I had with the girl on the line she actually got somewhat belligerent since "I wasn't interested in saving money on my electric bill".  Tonight they called, asked for me and when my son handed me the phone they hung up, what a load of monkeys.

They keep calling, IGS asking about the duke bill. Going to tell them what I think of their constant calls to a business number...
