Another one of these "random" numbers calling about car warranties.  They're calling on a car I don't even own.  I've asked to be removed; they won't do it.  The call starts out with dead air then someone answers from some call center (lots of noise in the background).  They won't give any information about themselves and won't take no for an answer.
