I missed the first two phone calls from the caller. I returned the call only to receive a voicemail message indicating the Magic Jack Customer is not available at this time. A few minutes later I received a third call. The caller with a heavy non-English accent inquired about my purchase of computer repair services from "The Best PC Doctor" almost a year ago. He stated the computer clean up and protective software I purchased had failed and he wanted to give me a refund of my service but I needed to be in front of my computer to follow some steps in order for him to process my refund. 513 phone number when I was ready for him to process by refund. Within 45 minutes he called me back. I told him it had not been an hour and I was not home at the moment and I would give him a call when I was ready. He replied I will be waiting patiently for your call. Now this seem strange to me because his number is not connected to any of the PC documents I received at the time of purchase. He was unaware of the terms of my purchase agreement and the timeframe for me to utilize the PC Doctor or receive the refund expired 90 days from the purchase date. Thankfully time prevented me from beginning ripped off.
