Woman did not identify herself. She asked for someone by another name, first name only. I asked her to repeat the name. She did, still first name only. I said there is no one here by that name. She said nothing else but a recording started, requesting money for breast cancer without naming a specific charity. The recording asked if "the ladies" could send a brochure for my donation. I did not respond and the message started again. I hung up. I already support breast cancer through 2 charities of my choice. My thoughts are that they were attempting to get an address or confirm the number was a working number. Since I am not certain, I am choosing Unknown for call type.
Same exact thing that happened to Sarah happened to me Oct 7 2016. caller asked for Victor, then tried to solicit for breast cancer charity w/out naming a specific charity also.
