Automated message from irs. Says a case# but didnt have time to write it down . End of message said "Good luck"

First part of message was cut off.  Went on to threaten with court appearance. Never said who they were or who they were representing.

Automated woman says she'll see me in court! Good luck! Then hangs up

It's a recording that says,"See you in court, Good Luck!" They have been calling my Mom, she's old & it scared her so much, she's now been in the hospital cause of her heart!!! This needs to stop!
